Meet the Founder - Tina Rose
I founded The Broker Girls after more than 15 years in the luxury automotive industry and over a decade in hospitality management. Those two worlds taught me that exceptional service requires more than product knowledge. It requires listening carefully, anticipating needs, respecting a client’s time, and managing every detail with discretion.
My automotive experience includes luxury sales and leasing, finance management, vehicle acquisition, contract review, and delivery. I understand the dealership process from the inside—including where unnecessary complications, conflicting incentives, and costly mistakes can occur.
I created The Broker Girls to provide something different: a private automotive concierge experience built entirely around the client.
What I Believe
- I don’t start with a vehicle. I start with you.
- Your time is valuable. Acquiring your next vehicle should never become your second job—and above all, it should still be fun. The experience should feel exciting, personal, and memorable for all the right reasons.

Our Approach
Every client relationship begins with a conversation. Before discussing vehicles, we take the time to understand how you live, what you need, what matters most to you, and how you want the experience to feel.
Many of our clients are busy professionals, executives, business owners, and families managing demanding schedules. They value their time, privacy, and the confidence of knowing that an experienced professional is personally overseeing every detail.
With that direction, we research the market and present carefully selected options that genuinely fit your priorities. You avoid spending countless hours searching online, contacting dealerships, and sorting through listings—only to discover that the vehicle you actually want is not available after you have already done all the work.
Once you have chosen your vehicle, we coordinate the dealership process, financing or leasing, your current vehicle or trade-in, contract review, and delivery. You remain informed and in control while we manage the details and keep everything moving.
The result is more than the right vehicle. It is a private, personal, and thoughtfully managed experience from our first conversation through delivery—and beyond.
